Judy’s lifetime career has been working with people through social services and family services. Her passion is advocacy for the vulnerable and mental health. She is devoted to developing human potential through education, motivation and encouragement.

This book is written with subjects in which someone may be dealing with and ways to understand and overcome several crisis subjects. There are facts and statistics in the book.
